PaygOps Agent App

Companion app for PaygOps agent with offline functionality. This app can only be used if you already have a PaygOps account. The PaygOps Agent App can be used for: - Viewing customer information offline- Entering new customer information (Leads)- Proceeding to transactions on customer accounts (cash collection, discounts, etc.) via Internet- Proceeding to transactions on customer accounts (cash collection, discounts, etc.) via SMS (when internet is not available, only available in selected countries)- Creating and viewing interactions with customers (support tickets) offline
